Our USCIS-designated civil surgeons complete Form I-693: the physical, your vaccination review with any missing vaccines given here, the TB blood test and labs, and the signed, sealed form.

KingStreet Apothecary is locally owned. Dr. Yirga leads a team of medical doctors, nurse practitioners and pharmacists. We look for the cause of a problem, not only the symptom. Our pharmacy fills prescriptions and stocks supplements we can explain.
